Never a Dull Moment

There’s never a dull moment at The Poppy Residences. Our on-site recreation director plans a monthly calendar full of activities, events, and trips for our residents.

• Organized trips can include shopping, swimming, lunch out, points of interest, or just a scenic drive; we’re going places!

• Organized clubs and group events will include computer lessons, bingo and card games, gardening, sing-a-longs, knitting groups, exercise classes, puzzle and chat groups, and arts and crafts. We have an amazing electronic Mah-Jong Table!

• Movie night; and popcorn! Viewer’s Choice!

• Computer station available – where you can take care of any business matters, or just surf the internet. Google Away!

• Off the main dining room, we have created a comfortable living room and lounge area with a big-screen Smart TV. There you will find opportunities to visit with friends and family in comfortable chairs, sit quietly and watch the days’ activities, or read a book from the library.  It’s YOUR space!

• Equipment outfitted exercise room. Keep fit and flexible!

• Enclosed access to Legion. Our neighbors to the West!
